1. How long does your free trial period last?
Our trial period lasts for 15 days after which payment subscription kicks in. After the end of the trial period, you will have the liberty to choose which package fits your practice and what features you are looking for. 2. Will my files be safe and secured?
MyDASK CRM is stored on a private secured server. You can be rest assured that we take security seriously. We know how important it is to store clients information in a safe and secured environment.
3. Will I be able to grant access to my clients?
You will be able to grant client access to their file with full control of which part of their file you would like them to see. The CRM allows you to upload case files and client files to streamline your work on each client. Your clients will be able to upload their documents unto their file for you to see directly without going through the hustle of sending you an email with confidential personal files.
4. How long does it take after I subscribe to get access to the CRM?
After you subscribe, you will be redirected straight to your portal to start enjoying all what the MyDASK has to offer. Your chosen company name will be your login url. Eg. If your company name is Star Immigration, your log in url will be https://starimmigration.mydask.com
5. How long is your Free Trial period?
Our free trial lasts for 15 days and you will have access to the full features to enjoy during the trial period after which you will decide which of our subscription plan will fit your business and practice.
6. Do you offer money back gurantee?
We stand behind this CRM because it is specifically designed with your needs in mind but if for some reason you are fully satisfied with the product you can request for refund within 30 days of purchase of an annual license.
7. How fast is this CRM when uploading documents?
We know how frustrating it can be when you have to wait for a document to upload, so we designed our CRM to load faster so that your clients who do not have the luxury of a fast internet capacity will still upload their documents within seconds and you will have access to them right away
8. Does the documents uploaded unto the system loose its quality?
Your documents will have the quality exactly as it was scanned. Documents uploaded unto the system does not loose its quality and readability. You will enjoy a fast upload and download speed without sacrificing quality. We will be holding webinars every now and then to teach you new features and to also answer all your questions. Our support team is ready to answer all your queries and will also be glad to give you hand with any other technical issues you may have.
11. How do I upgrade from one plan to the other?
If you decide to upgrade from one to the other, you may contact us and we will assist you with the upgrade. 12. What payment forms do you accept?
We accept online Stripe payments through which you can use your credit or visa debit card through our secured portal as well as PayPal. Your subscribed CRM will also you to also accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. You are always welcome to contact us if you are having any issues with your payment
13. Does this CRM support other languages?
We do understand the comfort of working with the language you are comfortable with so we made sure language features in incorporated in this CRM. You have the choice of changing your CRM to match your language of preference by just clicking the globe icon on the top left corner of the portal. Your clients also have this capability through their portal that is assigned to them.
